Nataliya Veniaminovna is a graduate of tomsk State university. Her specialty is biophysics. Her qualification is the teacher of biology and chemistry. In 1994 she defended a dissertation on specialty 13.00.02 - the methodology of teaching chemistry - on the materials of the course of biochemistry of MPSU named after V.I. Lenin. Her scientific interests are chemical processes in a living organism and ecological aspects of teaching biochemistry.

The faculty has existed from 1961, first as a biological and chemical faculty. In 2004 it was renamed into the faculty of natural science because of a new specialty "Geography" was opened. Students are prepared by excellent teachers - specialists including 3 doctors of science, 12 candidates of science and magistrates.

Marina Ivanovna was born in 1965. In 1982 she graduated from the school № 17 in Kostanay. During 1982 - 1987 she was studying on the Foreign Languages Department in Kostanay Pedagogical Institute named after 50 years of SSSR. She was active in social work. She was the editor of department's newspaper (there were about 10 - 11 issues in a year). Marina Ivanovna was given a scholarship named after L.N. Tolstoy (on the 4th course) and the scholarship named after V.I. Lenin (on the 5th course). She was a winner of the Republican competition in pedagogy in two nominations among 78 participants in 1985. She was also given a sign CK VLKSM "For excellent studying" in 1986. She graduated from the institute with honours in 1987 and was left as a teacher on the cathedra of the English language. She taught some disciplines, such as practice of oral and written speech of the English language, newspaper, home reading, practical phonetics, practical grammar. From 1994 she was the head teacher, the leader of methodological union of teachers of the 1st course. From 1997 she was a lecturer of the cathedra of the English language, read lectures about the history of the English language and conducted practical seminars.

Идея создания психологического факультета принадлежит кандидату педагогических наук, профессору Марьин, который в 1992 году стал первым деканом организованного им факультета. В 1993 году открылось казахское отделение факультета, увеличился план приема студентов.

Родилась в 1970 году в п. Тургай Кустанайской области. В 1993 году окончила Уральский государственный университет им. А.М. Горького по специальности теория социально-политических отношений. Работала в вузах Костаная преподавателем, старшим преподавателем кафедры «Отан тарихы», проректором по связям с общественностью, 2005-2006 г.г. начальником отдела Кустанайского государственного педагогического института, затем назначена заведующей кафедрой. Кандидат исторических наук, доцент, много внимания уделяет научным исследованиям, ею опубликовано около 30 научных работ, руководит дипломными работами студентов, участвует в конференциях, дискуссиях, круглых столах. Пользуется уважением в коллективе факультета.
